Role Description

Switchback Adventures is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and engaging our audience through compelling, informative, and SEO-optimized content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives
• Create high-quality, engaging web content for our website, blog, and social media platforms
• Conduct thorough research on adventure travel topics, Nepalese culture, and outdoor activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies
• Optimize content for search engines and user experience
• Proofread and edited content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web content writing and content strategy development
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an asynchronous environment
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of CMS, update and manage content.

Preferred Qualification:

• Passion for outdoor adventures and travel is highly desirable
• Experience in the travel or adventure tourism industry
• Familiarity with Nepalese culture and geography
• A bachelor's degree is not required if you are experienced and can present past work.
